Purchases. Purchases for children must be made by a parent or guardian. Before you pay, review the item, size, delivery address, currency, price, shipping charge and any taxes shown at checkout. By placing an order, you offer to purchase the selected products on these terms. We accept the order when we send an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an accepted order, we will contact you and provide any refund required by applicable law.

Made-to-order products. Our products are produced by third-party print partners after an order is placed. Product photographs and mockups illustrate the design. Small variations in printed colour, placement or fabric may occur, but this does not reduce your rights if an item is faulty, misdescribed or otherwise fails a consumer guarantee.

Delivery and charges. The Shipping policy explains the active destinations, estimates, split shipments and possible import charges. Any shipping and tax charged by us is displayed before payment. Where a cross-border charge is not collected at checkout, the destination country may charge it to the recipient.

Returns and refunds. Our Return and refund policy includes a 14-day change-of-mind option. Mandatory consumer rights in your country continue to apply. If you need to cancel an order before it is shipped, contact us promptly; we will tell you what can still be changed or cancelled and honour any cancellation right required by law.

Site and artwork. ZappyTales names, characters, images, stories, designs and site content belong to NSIIMA Global Ventures or their respective rights holders. You may use this site to browse and make personal purchases. You may not copy or commercially reuse our artwork or site content without permission, except where law permits.

Applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. If a clause is unenforceable, the other clauses continue to apply. Contact us first if you have a problem with an order so we can help resolve it.

Changes. We may update these terms for future orders. The terms shown when you place an order apply to that order, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
